Coaching Disclaimer

Coaching provided through AOB Academy LLC is educational and strategic in nature. It does not guarantee financing, credit approvals, revenue, investment returns, vehicle approvals, real-estate outcomes, or any other specific result. Clients remain solely responsible for their own business, financial, legal, and tax decisions.

Payment & Billing

Coaching is billed monthly at the rate shown at checkout for the length of the stated commitment. Access to coaching (Voxer, text, and call support) is tied to active, current payment. Non-payment results in suspension of access. Continuation beyond the initial commitment is by mutual agreement and billed on the same monthly basis.

No Refunds

Monthly payments are non-refundable once a billing period has begun, as coaching access and support are provided in exchange for that period's payment.

Intellectual Property

Proprietary coaching frameworks, materials, and resources shared during coaching are reserved for enrolled clients and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AOB Academy LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in coaching services.
